I did the Apps without Code coaching strategy with ******* ********* on 03/17/2025. I laid out my full plan for my app and was told it was doable so signed up for the Half Package that day. On 03/18/2025 I meet with **** *** Half Package Onboarding and again was told that my app was doable. I meet with ******** ******* in 03/25/2025 at 8:30am (this was the next available appointment ). It was during our meeting when was describing my app idea that I was informed that this platform was not going to be able to produce what I was looking for. I was told that he would reach out to ******* McCather and she would reach back out to me. That never happened. At 9:21 pm on 3/25/25 I sent a message to the apps without code team stating that I was expecting a call and requested a refund. On 3/26/25 at 9:02am I was contacted by ******* stating since I was outside of the 7 days I would not be issued a refund. To which I responded at 9:32am that I wanted a refund and all future deductions stopped since I was lied to and misled I no longer wanted to do any business with this company. I then finally receive an email from ******* ********* on 3/27/25 at 11:24am in which I did not reply because I was over her unprofessional behavior (first meeting she never showed and reached out about 10 minutes before the meeting was set to end stating she had a power outage, no one from the company reached out or tried to accommodate my time). **** **** then email me at 12:22pm on 3/27/25 in which I did reply. Then I receive another email at 2:35pm on 3/27/25 offering what sounded like more bs at this point so I never responded. Today I received an email for payment confirmation, I checked my bank account and sure enough the scammers still took my money. Im looking into possible legal angles that I can take to not only receive both of my payments back but to be accommodated for the inconvenience this is causing me for having to move money and cancel bank cards so that they wont take anymore money

Poor communication, undelivered promises, undisclosed information I hired this company in June '23. I opted for the full package after being told my app would be completed and ready to publish in 3mos time. My initial design mtg wasn't until Sep '23 which came only after I reached out. I was told my installment payment failed to process. I paid in full, no $$ was due. No work had taken place. Many design meetings, account managers later, I was presented with a product that in no way met the terms we had agreed to in any of the meetings. When I spoke about my frustrations I was offered free tutoring sessions to complete the project myself. I complained and had a meeting with company CEO ***************** who made more promises that she failed to deliver. My final delivery meeting with yet another new face was June 28, 24. One full year later! During one of many non-productive meetings I was told that the system used to build the app may require a monthly payment to run the app due to capacity and the app would only be useable as a forwarded link, in no condition to be added to Play or Apple app stores. I was finally forwarded a company that could make this conversion (possibly an affiliate) for an additional payment of $300 or $400. This is all information that should have been made available to me at the onset of our conversation. I explained in detail what my vision entailed at startup. There were no changes, no new revelations. This info should have been given to me. So, 1 year later I have been given a shell of an app with lots of work for me to do, some promises of tutoring sessions, on a platform that isn't equipped to run my app without more work/money from me. But the good news? The company contacted me saying my app was a great idea and they would like to feature it in some of their ads, meetings-whatever. Please recognize this as sarcasm. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. ***************** never made any apologies or offers of partial refund.
