    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against ******* ******* of **********************, whom I hired in August 2024 to help make my website live and refresh the design of *******************. I paid Mr. ******* over $2,000 for this project. However, the work I hired him for was never completed or delivered.Instead of working on the original .com site as agreed, ************************** created a separate website under ***************************a domain I never requested, approved, or authorized to be made live. My business is not a nonprofit, and launching a .org site misrepresents my brand. The site contains false information, including an inaccurate fee structure I never approved, and fabricated reviews that I had explicitly told Mr. ******* not to publish.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with him, no resolution was reached. As a result, I had to hire a different company to complete the work on my original .com domain, which is now live. However, I was never granted administrative access to the **************** site, and I cannot remove or correct the misleading content myself. The site is still active and is causing a hardship.I respectfully request that the BBB assist in compelling Mr. ******* to transfer full ownership and administrative access of ******************* to me.
