    I took my vehicle to the business for a simple tire electronic valve stem. Took it in Tuesday June 6th in the morning as requested by them. They had it until late afternoon on Wednesday June 7th. While in their possession several items were stolen. A heavy duty multi-tool, $2.50 in change, a monocular, a bag of chrome valve stem covers. I took this complaint to the owner who said it didn't happen there cause they keep the vehicles locked at all times. He refused to check into his employees having taken the items. A police report has been filed

    In response to this letter, the customer vehicle sat in the shop overnight locked while we waited for his parts.  The customer came in a WEEK later with accusations of just spare change theft, never did he even mention these other items. It's impossible that anything was stolen from here, again, as his vehicle was locked inside and as both of our technicians make over 100k a year and are not thieves. We as owners are not thieves. We have never been so insulted in our lives, so it took us by surprise when he came in and made these false accusations.  Considering it was the next week when he came back, most likely it happened somewhere else if it even happened at all. We are very upset of false accusations of theft as we always donate our time and money to local charities. We have thousands of dollars' worth of specialty tools as do our technicians. So, does it make sense that anyone here would even want to take "spare change" or a cheap multi-tool?  No, it does not. Nor does it for any other items he is claiming either. The fact that he even filed a police report was a waste of taxpayer money. We are outstanding pillars of this community and we very insulted by these accusations.  ********** have never contacted us regarding this issue, so that says a lot about if it even happened. To top it off the customer got the work for no charge.
