Snook Building Solutions is the Best! Great customer service when I first called on a Friday afternoon she scheduled me in for the next Monday when I said the sooner the better! **** was awesome when he came for the estimate, listened to what I wanted and worked with me and my husband to keep it in my price range. Awesome work and Fast will definitely call him again for future help!

**** and his team did a great job installing our double oven. It involved removing an old single one, creating a customized larger opening, wiring the new wire, and installing the new oven into place. This was no small task, and it was done with professionalism and care. The result is one my family is very happy with. We recently hired John at Snook Building Solutions to remodel our kitchen. We are extremely satisfied with the results.
The project was not without its challenges. Our house was built in the early 1900s and has many surprises hidden behind the walls. However, John handled these surprises professionally and with a positive attitude. He was always willing to tackle complicated problems and work with us and his subcontractors to find cost-effective solutions.
One of those surprises popped up when John removed the kitchen ceiling. We quickly discovered an earlier “repair” to the upstairs bathroom wasn’t up to code, and needed to be remedied. The fix involved patching joists in-place along, with repairs to all the bathroom plumbing. This could have been an entire project on its own, but John took it on with an “all in a day’s work” attitude. He coordinated with his subcontractors and inspectors, then got us an invoice within a couple days. We ran into a few situations like this and I never worried about the time or cost of the project.
Also, John developed excellent relationships with his subcontractors and our local (to Portage) inspectors. Whenever I was chatting with a plumber’s apprentice or inspector, they noted his timeliness and attention to detail. As a result, we never experienced delays because of a missed inspection deadline. Actually, I’m probably to blame for most of the delays!
In the end, our kitchen was remodeled beautifully. We are very happy with John’s work and would highly recommend Snook Building Solutions to anyone looking for a general contractor. I know we’ll be hiring them again!Snook Building Solutions, LLC
