      Had new AC unit installed by Chad & Logan. Outstanding work. Personable, quick & neat! Followed by David for service call. Could not be more pleased with product & service!

      FANTASTIC!! Called them and left a message on Saturday (non-emergency issue) they called me on Monday buy 930 am. The tech was close by, came over by 1030 am and had my Mini Split system fixed and cooling again by 1215. Side Note, my friends mini split system broke on Saturday also... she is having to wait until Friday to get hers fixed for the 4th time after ordering one off amazon. Will never waiver from Bel Aire....

      Called to set up an appointment for my AC unit. They charged me $135 for the technician to come out here and tell me they cant do anything with the unit I have as they dont service that kind.I had told the person on the phone that I was pretty sure they had been out here before to service it several years ago and she agreed. She didnt ask me any info other than the service address. Im so irritated and flabbergasted that I would have to pay $135 for a guy to come here turn my AC until on, THEN look at my outside unit only to tell me that they dont/cant work on my unit as they dont have the right maintenance materials. All of 5 minutes= $135. I could understand some payment like $35 but not $135.

      This has to rank as the best company ever. Jordan the technician was so polite and so very courteous. It's always a pleasure to do business with this great company. In this day and age sadly there is less kindness around and Jordan was so very kind to me. I would give this great company a 10 if I could. Thank you for all of your kindness and thoughtfulness. It was very much appreciated and my thank's to Jordan who was such a nice person, a true gentleman as well as an expert on my air conditioner and furnace. Sincerely, --*******

      Do not I repeat do not use these guys! I Have a ac that they installed less then 3 years ago that has a leak in the system some where. They had to top it up last season and again this season as its running low on charge. They will try to make you pay for the refrigerant on your own dime, and try to tell you it's going to be ******** dollars for a coil replacement when they never put leak finding dye in the system to determine where it's leaking from. If you try to request the manager he will ignore your calls and not return them. The tech also tried to claim that the warranty applies only to the previous owners of the home and not the ac unit it's self. What a joke, if you need heating and cooling in Three Rivers I beg you do not use this joke of a business. If the tech doesn't like what you say he will storm off and leave you with a leaking system! Don't let these guys take advantage of your elderly family or friends! 0 STARS

      This is the shadiest business I have dealt with in a very long time. If I could give 0 stars they would be getting one (or not getting one). We called due to an air conditioner leak we were having and the representative, Taylor, looked up our address and confirmed it was under warranty, thus leading us to believe the service call, parts, and labor would have been fully covered. It isn't until the tech arrives two days later they start hitting us with $95 diagnostics fee and then $135/hour labor fee that we have to pay. I called and spoke with Taylor's supervisor who was incredibly rude and got absolutely no where. I told her that we were NEVER one told that we had to pay these charges, otherwise we would not have had a tech out as the unit is currently working. She then accused us of lying to her to get out of the charge which did not go over well. Had we have been told up front that there was a diagnostics fee and a service/labor charge, this never would have been an issue. Only shady businesses tell you everything is covered under warranty to have a tech come out and then slap you with a bill. We are SO UNHAPPY with this terrible service we will not be using Bel Aire again. Beware of shady businesses like this and the rudest customer service representatives you have ever spoken to. I have never written a review before, but my interation with this business has me absolutely fuming at how terrible they are. I have never been so rudely spoken to in my life from a business.

      Had Bel-Aire replace my furnace & air conditioner that was Freon based…they were very responsive for quote, scheduling & install….have used them for service for 4 years since I bought my house…their 0% financing for a year really made a difference…great customer service, upfront quotes & great follow thru with install…the new furnace & air conditioner is as promised, completely quiet & I’m already seeing savings on utility bills….

      I just recently had a complete new HVAC system installed in my home (3/15/23). From the very beginning, meeting with John R- sales consultant to completion of installation, my experience with Bel-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning has surpassed my expectations. John gave me several options for a replacement HVAC. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. I obtained several estimates from other contractors and Bel-Aire provided me with the most beneficial package. During the day of installation, the technicians arrived right on time as promised. They were very respectful of my property. They completely covered their pathway to my furnace with drop clothes. They clearly explained their scope of work to me, also clearly explained how to operate my new HVAC with its digital thermostat. Work was completed in a timely manner, mid afternoon the same day of arrival, to my surprise. After their completion of work, you would have never known they had been in my home for a furnace replacement! Absolutely everything was spotless! I have no reservations in recommending Bel-Aire Heating and Air Conditioning.

      I had a service repair scheduled at my house this morning. Bel-Aire would not even go to my house without a credit card on file for payment. I spoke with a customer service rep ******** to contact me via phone with updates on the repair and/or status of the repair. Unfortunately, my ex-husband unknowingly cancelled the appointment this morning and re-scheduled it for tomorrow after I spoke with Bel-Aire this morning. Bel-Aire did not call me to inform me of this service call/repair change date/time. Thinking the repair was being completed this morning and that the service repairmen were at my residence this morning at 9am (as I was told the serviceman was in route) for the initial service scheduled time. I called Bel-Aire today around noon to see if the repair was complete only to find out that the service for today had been cancelled and changed by my ex. I was not informed of any of this by Bel-Aire and only found out when I called to ask if the repair was finished. I am extremely upset and unhappy about the lack of communication/contact from Bel-Aire, especially since I called them yesterday and again this morning to give the customer service rep ******** my specific instructions to make sure they had my correct phone number and email address asking that they please contact me regarding all repairs, changes and repair billing/invoice amounts. Given the fact that my house is currently in an active, pending sale it was imperative that the furnace service repair have been completed today, on the initially scheduled date of service. At this point Bel-Aire has put me at risk of losing our house sales agreement because the furnace is still not working today. There is a home inspection (already paid for and scheduled as of this morning by the buyer) and is scheduled to be completed tomorrow. Without a working, functioning furnace the house will not pass the inspection. I would not recommend this company for any heating/cooling repair or replacement services.

      I have always used Bel-Aire for 20 years and just had a furnace installed a year ago and a new AC unit this fall. Their customer service is second to none and their technicians are top notch - I had my winter check-up on the furnace done by ***************** and he is very knowledgeable and friendly -
