    I sent them a check for services rendered in the amount of $600. They sent me a receipt for $600 marked paid in full. Two months later I received a call that I still had an outstanding balance of $600 Due to a banking discrepancy. In order to clear this up as soon as possible, I gave them a debit card number for the $600. After I gave her the card number she advised that she charged me for $625 . I questioned the additional $25. Only then did she tell me there was a bank $25 bank fee added to the original amount that I approved. in other words, she charged my debit card for unapproved charges. Why would their billing department send me a paid full receipt before my check had cleared? What gives their billing department the right to overcharge my debit card with unapproved charges?
    I attempted to speak to the owner of the company about this matter and was transferred to a crew foreman named Doug. Doug was argumentative and unwilling to listen to my side of the story. At this time, I’m still unable to contact the owner to resolve this issue.
