    Signed into a contract to purchase solar panels in December23, 2023 with Custom Home Services LLC. Was advised would take a couple of months before panels were installed. Their contractors from ****** Solar arrived on March 1st and install panels on roof of home. Since that time no other action to finish installation has taken place. I have made contact with Custom Homes Services and advised that they have since broke ties with ****** Solar and indicated they are now working with another company ***************** and Solar) to finish the job and was told back at the end of May 2024 the new company will be in contact. I heard from the new company 1 time. June 10, 2024, I was advised by Customer Home Solutions that they were working in the UP and has us on the schedule to finish the next week June 17th. It is now July and panels have been in place 4 months and I have not been able to benefit from them. Now I am making payments on solar panels that I have not been able to use, as well as making payments to my energy company.
