********. My 87 yr old mother hired ***** to reseal her driveway June 2024. She had a contract. A year later they still had not done the work after many many phone calls and excuses. She finally called someone else who came out the very next day and did a beautiful job for $300 less. Boycott *****!

We’re very sorry to hear about your mother’s experience. At Bob’s Asphalt & Paving, we take pride in our work and our word, and we sincerely regret that we weren’t able to complete her project as expected.
While we do our best to schedule and serve every customer in a timely manner, the nature of our work—especially sealcoating—is highly dependent on weather conditions and seasonal demand. These factors can sometimes create longer delays than we’d like, especially during our busiest months.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We’re always working to improve our scheduling and communication so situations like this don’t happen again.
We wish your mother all the best with her driveway and thank you again for the feedback.
