    One the worst places in the world very unprofessional very slow very ghetto I said I would never come back to this place again but I decided to give this place a second chance. WHY!!!!! I waited 30 minutes to get in the bed only to have to lay in the bed for a hour before getting stuck complained to management and all they did was walk back here and ask who is assigned to this area which resulted in nothing I still waited ten more minutes to get stuck People walked out and others went to sleep in the bed I wanted to attach a picture but I know take pictures of things within these walls are against the policy you got peoples in here singing like they are in a concert workers not enforcing any rules this place is shameful they just had a staff meeting/training session so they claim I believe Monday and nothing changed here still poor customer service I will say this on my dead mom I will never return to this place again nothing they can say or do that will make me come back I understand that things are tight and people need these few breadcrumbs they are giving out so theyre going to stay in business but corporate need to do a surprise visit here with out management or other staff knowing and see for themselves what is happening in this place like the show undercover boss but thats too much like right i can only speak for myself but I know I will not return to this place
