    3-22-2023 I called anchor fence at 9:01am today and spoke to *** about getting an estimate for a fence, *** said sure!! What town do you live in? I told him that Im located in ******* ***** and he instantly turned ** down, said that theyre not interested in coming to ******* *****, theyre trying to stay in ********* *****, besides that theyre booked. I thanked him and hung up. SAME ************** calls me at 3:40pm and says that he received my email for a quote and before he could finish I called him out on the conversation that we had this morning of him turning me down because I live in *************, *** denied and said that he never spoke to me today!! Unbelievable. So Im denied a quote/ fence because I live in ******* huh? Unprofessional, irresponsible and bias. I will spread the word.

    This is not our company since we are located in *******, ********.. We have no record of this customer on our call log. We are not based in the ************** and have ********* that works at Anchor Fence. There is a confusion within the companies. We are sorry for this person to have dealt with difficulties with another company.
