    I shopped at this business a total of three times. She has canceled my order all three times. Taking my money and holding it for long periods of time before she refunds it. I'm still waiting on my refund for my last order. The merchant has seen my messages via Instagram direct messages and has not responded

    I placed an order previously. And the order was cancelled saying the website had crashed during your Black Friday sale of November 2023. I placed because it was advertised as a going out of business sale so I figured "now or never". Now, the site was down for a while. The owner hadn't posted online in a while on ******** which is where I saw her advertise and try on the items. Then one day boom! The website came back and has all the items I ordered in stock and still available. Why did they not want to honor the sale as advertised? Why did they not just sent the items? I posted on one of her videos asking why this was and her response was so NASTY! Saying "No one even wanted to order until the items were on sale and not wanting to supposrt a small business." So she jusy advertised a sale to get the customers intered, but never actually planned on selling anything for the sale as advertised. NO WAY! That is not the way to do business.I called the customer service number on the website and it just rings with NO ONADER / No Voicemail or anything. I have also tried emailing a few times ****** have even gone to the Better Business Buero and am now looking for further help here because this lady is a scammer!
