Fraudulent Credit Card number Collection and usage! They collect your credit card information before you can come in for a FREE estimate and come to find out, if you don't stop by after all - They charge your card a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 NO-SHOW FEE. Yes, that's right a $100 Fee for NOT getting your Free estimate. Also/or a $25 FEE for EVERY 15 minutes you may be late!! Do NOT give them your credit card information "to be on file" it is a trick to commit fraud!!

**********************,Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Our no call/no show fee is standard practice within the medical/aesthetic industry. It is a policy of our medical director and is communicated and explained when appointments are made. We reserved the time of the service provider and ****************. That means no other client could book the time slot that was reserved specifically for you. When a client does not arrive for their confirmed appointment, nor call to let us know, the client has cost the business money. The no call/no show fee protects the business and is, again, standard practice within the medical/aesthetic industry.Regards,************************* Operations Manager Rochester Laser Center Med Spa

Service: BOTOX treatments Very concerning experience I had at this location. I purchased the 40 units Groupon offered. I was injected with only 30 units without my knowledge or telling me according to the unprofessional SOAP note I had to request after I had to come in for a second visit for the poor results. My entire face did not show results of even 30 units. I have been getting 40 units of Botox for years at a doctors office with no issues. I discussed this at my initial appointment (not documented on my SOAP note as previous history) I was excited to see a discount on Groupon, so I figured I would give it a try. My technician completely disregarded that they stole at least 10 units (or possibly more) secretly from the first visit. The follow-up appointment was uncomfortable and no pictures were taken to compare before/after. This company is not properly delivering services/product as advertised.

********************,I'm sorry to read you had a disappointing experience. I can 100% assure you that 10 units of Botox were not "stolen." When a client pre-purchases Botox units prior to their visit and our injector doesn't injector them all in 1 visit, the remaining units are "banked" on account to be used at a subsequent visit. Those pre-paid 10 units, plus additional units at no charge, were injected at your second visit. The amount of units injected is normally determined after our nurse injector consults with the client, along with the guidelines of Allergan, the manufacturer or Botox. What a client "normally or used to" receive can fluctuate due to many factors. My apologies if you feel our nurse injector did not properly communicate. We take great pride in making sure our clients are educated on their treatments. However, we would never withhold or "steal" pre-paid units and to suggest we do or would is slanderish.

I brought my valid and proven compliant to the BBB in hopes you would take the issue I presented of 10 units being "stolen" from me seriously. During my visit, I was never presented with, discussed with, or given anything that mentioned "banking units. I was actually informed all purchased 40 units were injected at time of service; when only 30 units were used. Thus, the 10 units which weren't used on my first visit were, in fact, stolen. To go even further your business never said anything about the 10 units not being used until I called to complain the treatment didn't work. If that isn't the definition of deceitful, I don't know what is. I am taken back by you taking the position of doing nothing wrong. You have now left the business open to be audited for scamming other patients in the same way. Maybe this is what needed to happen to do right by your customers.
