    I have a residential elevator that needs service. I called to schedule a service appt. in July. Heres how it always goes with A4 Access. It will be 2 weeks until we can get you in the schedule. Then, you call in 2 weeks for a status update. They tell you they are very busy and they will call you the following week. They never do. You follow up again. Service scheduler is in a meeting. She will call you back. She never does. Its been 7 weeks and I still do not have an appointment on the books. This scenario has happened to me at least 3 times before with A4 Access. If youre waiting for an elevator partit takes months before it comes in and you have to follow up to see if its in. They dont call you. If you are in the market for residential elevators, please look elsewhere.

    I have called and emailed more than a dozen times to 4+ people and have not received a response in 3 months. Our church is losing its temporary certificate of occupancy while A4 is holding over $40,000 of our money.

A4 Access LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
