      Worst company Ive been to in years. My doc ordered orthotics. I called when they were due. But they didnt order them. I asked and the neede reason for both. I asked why they didnt call me. Said not their job. I called my doc and they immediately called. I would have paid cash but no call. I unturned called corporate and they called them. Told me thats not the way it should have been handled. I would have paid for the other one. But again they we supposed to be in but they had to call insurance again I waited. Called them back were due last Friday again nothing. I called today theyre in. But I have to make an appointment. They new they were due, but didnt tell me I needed an appointment to get them. Called corporate again and they said I had to wait now. Its the worst company.they do not respect you there. Never will I go their again
