    I ordered a Love Book last year for anniversary and I noticed there is a charge on my debit card on the same date last year. I wasn't informed that there is a yearly renewal and nowhere it mentioned when I paid for it. Also I couldn't access my account and no way to cancel. They did not message me about the renewal. I am still sending them a complaint. Hope to get an answer from them.
