    Burnout boy employee peels rubber in front of other people's property, because teenage girls dared to block the street being stupid for more than a second. When i asked him what's wrong with him, he got rude and said "shit happens" i told him "shit better happen in front of his own home and not out front of his neighbors." He and his gang friend tried to intimidate me to no avail. and they have already done another drive by burnout and suddenly glass is broken on the pavement. I have three neighbors who witnessed it. I have pictures of DC ILLUMINATIONS truck parked illegally on the lawn, and pictures of BURNOUT BOYS TRUCK, AND THE BURNOUT, TWO PROPERTIES LONG...BUT NOT IN FRONT OF HIS OWN HOUSE (probably renting and don't give a shit) *called me "a crackhead" veteran teamster railroad worker disabled homeOWNER not a renter GANGBANGER (i also have pictures of the red and blue porch lights they ech seperately installed, within days of each other last year, which i reported to city council at the time as a possible gang war) *same house that was associated to a shooting one block south of me, back when they were "renovating" the property. I WOULD WANT TO KNOW IF HE DID ANY WORK RENOVATING BEFORE HE MOVED IN.... HE SURE IS TRASHING THE COMMUNITY, AND THINKING HE'S TOUGH GUY, YOU KNOW WITH GIRLS, AND WHEN HE'S GANGED UP. OBVIOUSLY.
