    I went to this store in good faith that I would get taken care of properly. I asked for a certain brand of boots. ***** told me about another brand that was much better quality not made in China. Much more expensive but I trusted her professional opinion. Everything was fine until I had a defect. I was lied to and told I couldnt get a copy of my receipt and they wouldnt do anything. I found the boots on the manufacturer website for $100 and I was charged $500. I called back to once again try to get the receipt and was told to come down there and h*** kick my a** and called me a f***** After being hung up on was called by ***** and was told that if I come in the store again Ill be arrested. This is a very harassing business and clearly dont take customer service seriously. Im appalled by the way I was treated and threatened by the way I was talked to.
