    Nugent Builders constructed an addition to ****************** 2013. ********************* told me that they would stand behind their work forever. Shortly thereafter. I notified that the crawl space under the addition was leaking. Since that time, Nugent has made efforts to stop the leak. It leaks to this day. I emailed **** as recently as 25 July 2022 that there remained a problem. I have not heard from Nugent. The support beams under the addition are now rotting.I filed with BBB before and thought the problem was resolved. It is not resolved.

    Good morning,

     

    This is ******************************* president of Nugent Builders.

    I have sent 2 emails to ********************* and have not heard back; I dont have his phone number.

    I plan to take a trip over to the house this week and hopefully he is home, and I can figure out what is leaking.

     

    The project manager he worked with in the past is no longer an employee of Nugent Builders and *** sent him the email on July 25th to his email. That is why he didnt get a response.

     

    My intent is to take care of the leak asap.
