5 starsAs someone who hold down a full-time job while managing a thriving business, having competent assistance in my home is non-negotiable. My Health Freaks keep the house clean, theyre on time, and they track and they honor those peculiar details that are important to me. No surprises: when I come home, the house is clean to my standards, everything is in its place, and any anomalies have been communicated to me. Lastly, as a frequent traveler, Im looking forward to knowing that there is a local team who will check in on the critters, do some annual cleaning and repair tasks, and keep an eye out for me while Im out of town.I hired My Health Freaks because of their years in business, their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, and after a thorough reading of all the reviews and responses across the web, both positive and negative. As a single woman heading toward retirement, I need a trustworthy resource near me who offers more than just good house cleaning services. I appreciate the attention to using non-toxic products instead of the over-perfumed, chemical-laden store-bought brands; it shows that someone understands cleaning practices as well as I do. I value the careful communication that this team provides. My house has never looked so clean! ***** has cleaned our house 3 times and every time Im even more impressed than the last. Shes courteous, professional, and above all, the best at what she does! I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Renee and team is timely, efficient, thorough, flexible, and very professional. I give her creative freedom and have yet to be disappointed! They communicate, make accommodations, and are very easy to work with. My house is too big for me to maintain alone, Renee is vital to our family's sanity!! I'm a working mom of two ******* under the age of 5 with a full time career of ***** hours per week and also live on a five acre hobby farm. Having the time to clean is very fleeting and I struggle with just keeping up with "picking things up" and the essentials (dishes, laundry, etc). Deep cleaning is something I rarely have time for. I always feel very stressed out when my house is dirty. However, I also struggle with getting enough motivation to clean, making my anxieties even ******** dear husband bought me the wonderful gift of a deep house cleaning to be done while we were on vacation. I was elated, but also self conscious because I know how badly it needed a deep clean. In an effort to make things not look quite so terrible I scrubbed some cupboards, vacuumed and tried to have everything picked up, working well into the early morning hours the weekend before we left. When we came home we were both completely mystified that it seemed like nothing was done! The tables in the kitchen weren't wiped down, the floor wasn't mopped, there was dust everywhere. The only thing that we could tell was done was vacuuming (which I had already done) and some rearranging of items in the bathroom. I was heartbroken. I was so looking forward to having one small part of my house truly clean. It wasn't even a light cleaning, let alone deep cleaning of any kind.When my husband called to try and figure out what had happened, that we were not satisfied and if there was anything that could be done to make things right, he was immediately yelled at. Claiming they were here for 4 hours and took that whole time (two people) to clean the bathroom, which still had dust and cobwebs behind the door and on the outlet covers, dirt rings in the tub, and splatters on the mirror. Not only that, but the thing that hurt the most is she refused to come back saying that "our house was disgusting, and she would never step foot in it again". She refused a refund and my husband felt like a failure.My Health Freaks, LLC

Hi ***** I apologize that you were not satisfied with the service we provided. As I explained to your husband, when a space has not been maintained, it is necessary to book more than 4-5 hours to get it up to our standards. We were happy to help with the amount of time that was booked, but cannot make a space completely perfect in that amount of time. I sympathized with your husband, that in many situations it is difficult to keep up, so we are happy to do as much as we can. We hoped that you would be happy with how much we were able to get done in the time allotted, so we could continue to maintain and make your home perfect moving forward. It’s such a cute house and deserves it! I expressed to your husband on the phone that we would be happy to continue maintenance overtime. At that point, he stated that you, “do not ever want us to set foot back in our home again”. Additionally, many of the pictures sent were in regard to stains and permanent glass rings on furniture, which will not come off short of refinishing. A few days later, we got a notification from Venmo that you were disputing the charges stating that you never received the service to begin with. We turned in our evidence and in short order they responded that you had no case. Four months later now, we’re going over this again. I understand, life is stressful and sometimes experiences can leave you overwhelmed, and that is what we’re here to help relieve. I offered a solution and was immediately shut down. As a small business owner, I do everything I can to ensure the quality of my services. To say we did absolutely nothing for you is simply not true; we truly did our best with the time you booked, improved the space, and even gave 30 minutes of free time.
