Very poor reply and blames me for the error. Saturday we left out the trash and the recycle bins. They picked up the larger trash bin but not the smaller recycle bin. I wrote several times and got no reply. The recycle is now overflowing and the next pick up is in two week. Finally today I received a very nasty reply. They say their mother had to go into the hospital and they could not answer. OK, but should have put this on their website were you can write to them and on their answer machine, which just hangs up in 30 seconds so you can not leave message. OK, the letter says I tore the "Recycle" sticker of that bin. I did not, it wore off from being emptied and it was several. years old. My fault?? They they say since I took the sticker off they can not tell which bin is trash or recycle bin. No way the trash bin is much larger than the smaller recycle bin. What a lame excuse. So I'm still waiting to hear back. Our Association pays for trash service otherwise I would find a new service. This complaint has been sent to the Association President. Here is their nasty reply to me: FYI, we have been looking into the issue! BUT when the owner of the company is rushed to the hospital which is also our mother that is a little more important to deal with! Thank you for your concern. The issue is when a container is delivered WITH a recycling decal on it, it is meant to be used for that purchase. You CAN NOT take the deal off and begin using that container for trash and the other container for recycling and expect the drivers to look in both containers Hope you have a great day.

It is August 7th and Herrington's has not picked up our trash for TWO WEEKS. We have called and emailed and were told numerous times, somebody will "swing by" and pick up our trash. IT HAS NOT HAPPENED. They have the worst customer service I have encountered in the Rockford area.Herrington's Waste Services, Inc.
