    In November of 2021, ********** installed a sprinkler system only. Just installed, did not show us how the system worked yet. *********************** is the owner and contact person of this company. In the spring of 2022 he came out and showed my husband, *************************** how to briefly adjust the zones. He was very brief. He did not spend much time showing him anything. I contacted him by text and asked him to come out to show us the zones and to answer questions. I asked him if he could stop by after 5:30 because I work. He did not contact me when he was coming. I texted him again and he just said he was swamped and didn't know when he could be out there. Our grass in the front yard got burned up very bad and we didn't know how to adjust the sprinklers. He did come out, not after 5:30, and said it did look bad. He adjusted some heads. We still needed him to come back when I could be there so we both could learn how to adjust. ***** still has not come out to learn how to adjust sprinker heads and other important things we need to know. He told me that he already told my husband once. In August he said he told my husband 7 times how to do it. He was making fun of him because he didn't pick up on it the 1st time. I told him that he was being unprofessional. He hung the phone up. There are areas that need sprinkler heads. He wouldn't stop by to look. ***** has not kept up his end of the job. Does not want to communicate, or come back and finalize the job, and made fun about my husband's disability after I explained it to him. He is very unprofessional.
