      Fourth time making me sit at home for the delivery time they set. On top of not owning up to there horrible service, and fixing things which the reviews say it been years now, they just lie to Amazon and say they delivered something they didn't, so know I gotta waste more time dealing with that. What a Joke this outfit is. I was instructed to make sure you change you plans and stay home on Friday night for a 4 hour block of course they don't show up don't reply to you messages, have a half a** s***** apology on Monday.To then follow up and do the same thing you a couple days later. Then I find out they already told Amazon they delivered prior to the fourth date they gave me to not show up again. So far they have now waisted 16 hours of my time plus 2.5 hours on the phone with Amazon which still isn't resolved. I'm going to pay it forward and spend 20 hours doing what I can to slam this shady outfit on every channel available.

      Zzzzzs moving company was subcontracted by homedepot.com to deliver a shower stall system to my home in northern ********. They dropped this $700 item at the end of my driveway and leaned it up against my plastic garbage tote. On garbage day. I live in a rural area where we do have garbage pickers, looking for scrap metals, have anything available to sell. Because this item was left on the side of the road it was fair game for anybody driving by or even the garbage person themselves to take away. To resell to use my driveway was clear of snow and the garage door was actually open. There was no reason they could not come up the drive, to the house and lean it on the house or in the garage.
