      Love Saucony but to cheap to make sure your customers get they items at decent time yall rather shave and save a couple dollars instead of making sure your customers are happy yall ground shipping is a joke **** none of these sites would take the amount of time you guys are taking to ship my item its been through 10 different citys and was ordered 10 days ago ridiculous is a understatement!! Messed up my whole birthday outfit waiting 14 business days if you dont choose express shipping ridiculous Seriously dont order from them directly order from a source!

      Wolverine Worldwide owns Merrell shoes and they have done very poorly with keeping good standards in customer service! I returned items purchased on their website, got confirmation of receipt but they said my refund was rejected. It takes 2-4 weeks to receive a refund check with this company. It took less than 3 seconds for them to receive the money from my account during the initial purchase. You have lost my business forever! Such practices should be unlawful because you kept funds that are owed to me immediately! My bank is taking care of reversing the funds from your account. I bet you'll react really quick when you see this action!

      Very poor customer service, they never cover anything under warranty. I purchased boots, Wolverine Men's Rush UltraSpring 6" CarbonMax Work Boot. They are not durable, they only lasted 15 months with only casual wear. The soles wore slick and the inside back of heel tore, exposing the plastic to wear blisters on my heels. I filed a claim with the warranty and of course it was denied. Don't waste your money on Wolverine products.

      We apologized for the issues experienced by this customer. As our consumer relations team relayed to the customer, the shoes exhibited typical wear and tear and did not contain a manufacturing defect. While the product was not eligible for replacement, we did offer a special discount for the customer's time and willingness to work with our team. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
