  This is an amazing company. If you have this company, then you dont have to worry about your basement flooding have never had a problem getting hold of anyone here so glad I have them to help with any problem that *** arise with my basement.

  Great service and professional workmanship, would of like my bowed wall to be more straighter but understand, so I'm thankful to know that I won't have to ever worry about the failure of the original basement wall due to their repair.

  I appreciated the no pressure quote & flexibility on waterproofing options.I had interior drain tile and wall anchors installed. During the work it was discovered that my home already had drain tile inside the footer. I was not notified and the crew just put their drain system on top of the existing one. It would have rendered their drain system useless. There were also severe pitch issues with their drain install. Some areas pitched AWAY from the sump. The idea with any basement drain system is to get the water into the drain tile and into the sump as quickly as possible. The sooner and quicker that happens, the better it will perform. Pitching away from the sump is only encouraging water to stay in place. I asked them to remove the old drain tile that they said may or may not work & replace it with their new system rather than putting their system on top of the old drain. Its a shame that I had to find this on my own and push them to do more appropriate work. I was told to torque the anchors to 90ft-lbs. During install, the workers used a 1/2 impact which puts out 700ft-lbs of torque. It pulled my wall out which the anchors arent designed to do per Foundation Restoration. The shock loading cracked the wall in many new places where there were no cracks before. The new concrete that was poured to backfill the flooring has already cracked. It was cracking as the floor dried. They removed part of my wall paneling and put a deep ***** into my block wall.Overall, I ended up with the drain system I wanted along with additional damages to my foundation which I did not. If you are willing to put in the time to research for yourself the right way to fix your homes issues and monitor the work being performed to ensure its done correctly, this may be the company for you. If youre looking for a company you can trust to be the experts and install products and materials correctly, look elsewhere.

  I am very pleased with the job Foundation Restoration did. ***********, *** and crew were VERY hard workers... They showed up on time and were always happy to answer the many questions I asked them. They cleaned up after they left and most importantly, they raised my foundation and secured the addition on my home. I would recommend Foundation restoration to anyone!!
