      One of the worst roofing companies. They quoted me a price and I was very clear with them about my budget for my roof, they made it seem as if they were so transparent so we agreed on a price and I signed a contract and made a deposit. They start the job and mid way through the job they tell me theres an additional layer of shingles and theres an additional charge for it even though they had already inspected the roof and knew what was there but thats how they scam customers. I told them It wasnt fair to pay the additional cost when we had a gentlemans agreement on a price, they said oh its in the contract you signed which I never looked at. Im definitely going to file a small court claim and hold them accountable to the fullest extent so they wont do it to others.

      Excellent customer service. *****, ***** and **** went above and beyond. This is our second time working with Schoenherr and we are just as pleased with this new roof as we were the first time.

      I would give Schoenherr 10 stars if I could. The entire roof replacement process was so stress free from the first phone call to schedule the free inspection to the payment of the invoice. Our salesman, ****, did a great job explaining to us what was going on with our roof and broke it down so we could easily understand how to improve our situation (as far as ventilation and insulation of our attic). We felt very comfortable talking with him and he was very knowledgeable.Shortly after paying the deposit, the office stayed in touch with us and communicated when the supplies were ordered, when our roof would be installed, and who was assigned to our Team. Turns out, we were out of town the week they installed the roof, and our Project Manager, ****, was in constant contact with us via text sending updates and pictures the week of the installation. He even made a seperate trip the day before we left to meet us and make sure we were comfortable with the work that would be done. A little issue with a bath fan was discovered during the roof installation and **** was on top of resolving it for us. He even offered to help coordinate removal of our gutter guards with the company that installed them since we wouldn't be home.I can't convey to you enough how much Schoenherr Roofing cares about **************** and your happiness and comfort level during the entire process. We have done many home improvement projects to our home since owning it for 26 years and they are by far the best company/contractor we have worked with.Thank you ****, ****, ***** and everyone at Schoenherr Roofing, we love our new roof!

      Schoenherr Roofing is the worst company we have ever dealt with in 54 years, from the Salesman to ************ through Quality Control and even the owner himself.This company lacks both integrity and honesty....even though they quote the opposite in their ads. We were lied to over and over and went through weeks of trying to rectify their mistake.Bottom line: we have a roof of a different color than what we ordered, piles of nails left on roof, vents not secured and a Leaf Filter system ruined beyond repair (Schoenherr finally did give us allowance to have a new LeafFilter system installed).As seniors on a fixed income with health issues we are now deciding how to remedy the wrong color of shingles. We were never shown an actual sample of shingle although salesman insinuated we lied about this. One thing for certain...another roof won't be done by Schoenherr Roofing!Do your research. This firm sounds good by their own testimony,........but the reality is just the opposite. You would do well to stay clear of them and their ***** pinching policies.

      Price was competitive. Arrived on time, finished job in one day, hardest working crew Ive ever seen. I would HIGHLY recommend.

      Best roofing company you can find. Schoenherr Roofing is the most amazing company. Great people too. I love the Afterlife Guarantee, so my roof is covered for the life of the owner and the second owner too.
