  Signed up. Paid the $67. Total scam. I have Web based protection services for fraud and the alerts immediately began flooding in. Do not fall for this. I am not financially stable. I am working my **** off at 3 jobs just to make it. I really didn't have $67 to give. I am so ****** off right now. It's a scam!

  I have a little warranty job I need to get fixed. I tried to contact Infinite Auto Prot. but they seem to be AWOL. We paid a couple thousand for this policy. Whatup? Not nice.

  Got scammed like everyone else here. Paid up front for a policy in May 2020. As soon as I tried to make a claim they wouldn't answer their phones. If you did keep ringing and holding you might get someone who will tell you the mechanic needs to call etc. etc. Then they won't answer his calls. Same experience as everyone else who has posted here in the last couple of years. Probably all beside the point as I see now that their phone is disconnected and their website down. I wish someone could put together a lawsuit against these people - if they could ever find them.

  This company is a Sham. I purchased a warranty for $2,800 and had to sell the car 3 months later. I jumped threw all the oops they asked for to get a prorated refund. They had all the information they asked for then disappeared. I have been on hold for 45 minutes with this company as I am typing this out. I have been trying to get my refund for over a year. My advice do not use this company and make sure to tell your friends.

  We purchased a 48 mo/60,000 mi extended warranty on 10/03/2019 and paid total *** up front $1800. We are still within the warranty parameters however I recently tried to call them regarding an issue we were experiencing to start the claim process. On hold with music for quite a while then suddenly disconnected. Tried several times with the same results. No way that we can keep trying to reach them before getting the service the car needs if they do not answer their calls. Feel we have been ripped off by this company. This is the first time we needed to use the warranty service. No previous claims.

  Its like they disappeared from the earth. They have not charged my account for my monthly payment since August. When I call, no one answers. I get music on hold, then sometimes it sounds like the call is being answered, but then I get a busy signal. I have also emailed them, but they havent answered that either. I would like to know if they have gone out of business or what is happening.

  We bought the extended warranty and 4 months before my contract ends my transmission goes out. My truck has been at the shop while i wait on approval from them (bc warranty is void if I authorize repair without approval) for almost 2 months while I deal with this scam of a company.. I provided ownership papers, alll maintenance records, transmission flush records, then they wanted my registration. I provided them with it, even went to DMV to get ANOTHER form of registration. 2 weeks later they decide to "review" registration. I filed the claim 5 weeks prior to registration expiring, and in ***** you have 2 weeks after expiration, plus I CANNOT GET A VEHICLE REGISTERED AND INSPECTED WITH A BLOWN TRANSMISSION. The registration was valid when the came was initiated 6 weeks ago and has been in the shop for almost 2 months.. I have requested a supervisor for the past 2 weeks daily and no return phone call. They are a scam.

  Why does the *********************** of ******** keep dragging their feet on this brazenly unethical company (infinite Auto Protection}? Yelp, Trust Pilot and the BBB have reviews that prove this company is a fraud and should be shut down. What more evidence do they need. ********** had the fortitude to do something about Infinite and banned them from the state with claims being filed against them. Get with it ******** and do something about this company!

  Same here tried calling repeatedly, no answer.Fraud Finally got someone on the phone and then they were rude and hung up.No answer on phone, no answer on fax, will get back on e-mail in about a month.Basically don't answer do you will have to get the ***********, denied because you didn't call first, denied because you didn't get it repaired if you waiting on a response.Website is fraud is still has the BBB logo, and it has not *** taken of the top 10 list.
