    I put one star because cant put less This company is fraud. They will take your money ( restock fee?) and nothing you can do. Be careful and stay away.The worst customer service.Even after I corrected billing address,they canceled order and kept the money. Thieves

    We are sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, when you are attempting to purchase from overseas, you will find we can only ship and accept orders from ***************** and ******. We cannot accept foreign credit cards. We are unable to update your credit card address when a foreign card is used. We hope we can serve you better in the future!

    Disappointed! I was buying 3 12-in window casements and 14 10-in casements and was told by two people via text they could discount it. One time was in October and my contractor retired so I couldn't order until June when I got a new person to do the work.On June 12 they texted there was a price drop and to order online with a 5% discount. I texted them on June 16 I was ready to order and the prices were the same high price online, no price drop. They got back to me on June 19 and said they would not discount and the price went up. I can buy some somewhere else. I don't like how they changed the offer of a discount to help with my large order. Bad Business to offer and then renege. I definitely have more choices elsewhere!!!
