    I came into your ********* ******** store on 10-29-23 And bought a ****** 12 gauge shotgun and when I got home and opened the box the gun was in I found that the gun was damaged and there was no way I could use the gun I called the ********* ******** store and told them of the problem in which they made me bring it back The gentleman at the gun counter took the gun completely apart and realized that the gun infact was incomplete and it needed to be sent out for repair I asked for a refund or if they could replace my gun with another gun and I was told no They said I had to send it for repair and thats all they could do for me They made me on a blank peace of paper fill out my information and it wasnt even a return/repair slip it was just a plain white paper I would like to ****** with someone about this and feel my gun should be replace and I should be given a gift card for equal value of what the gun was Now I am out of a gun for hunting and opening day is on November 15 2023 and I have no gun to use Please respond asap Ive called corporate 5 times and emailed over 10 times and still no response from dunhams I have no information on when or where my gun went
