    Shady business model. They don't tell you upright how much services cost, tack on several extra services then send you a check for $800 in the mail.

     believe you meant "bill for $800" and not "check for $800" Service costs would depend on what the doctor orders after he /she sees you. We are contracted with the insurance companies so they determine the allowed charges regardless of what we bill. The allowed amount in your case was $697.83 (for the doctor, skin testing and lung function tests). This whole amount went towards your deductible, which you should see in your "explanation of benefits" - according to your insurance company this responsibility is yours. You have refused to pay anything since the beginning. We are sorry you feel this is "shady" - but all of us have deductibles to meet every year! Hope this clarifies any issues you have with our service.
