    We are filing a complaint against Auto Loan Options (Autoloanoptions.com) regarding a total mistaken payment of $4,009.46, which they have refused to return despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.Details of the Issue:We, mistakenly made recurring payments of $572.78 each to Auto Loan Options ***** account from our company account (ending in 4803) on the following dates:12/06/2023 01/04/2024 02/06/2024 03/06/2024 04/04/2024 05/06/2024 07/03/2024 These transactions were not intended for Auto Loan Options, and the total amount of $4,009.46 was sent in error.Attempts to Resolve:We immediately contacted ********** to report the mistaken transactions and request a ******************* reached out multiple times to ************** CEO of Auto Loan Options, who initially agreed to investigate the matter.Despite his initial acknowledgment, he has since refused to respond to further communications from ***** or from us.Request for BBBs Assistance:Since Auto Loan Options is registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), we are requesting BBBs help in facilitating a resolution.We ask that Auto Loan Options:1.Acknowledge the mistaken payments.2.Refund the full amount of $4,009.46 to our ******************* with ********** to facilitate the return of the funds.We appreciate BBBs help in holding businesses accountable for fair and ethical practices. We hope to resolve this matter promptly with your assistance.

    First and foremost I'd like to be clear that our company has never done any business with ******* ********. The error that started all of this nonsense was made by ******* ********; not anyone at our company.  We are an *** 5000 company that processes millions of dollars, handles thousands of transactions with hundreds of clients. 

    Many months ago I received a call from a *** at a ***** branch in **, and that was strange because we usually only hear from Chase ******** ****************** because of the status of our account.  However the ***** *** said there was an erroneous payment made to our account and that they would send us a letter with those dates and amounts.  That letter never came; so I assumed the matter was resolved or incorrect.  

    Last week I received a nasty letter from ******* ********.  Our general manager was on vacation last week so I did not see the letter until Fri evening.  This is the FIRST time I have ever received any actual amounts and dates!

    With all that said I would like BBB to remove this complaint as it has nothing to do with our business platform.  We have an A+ rating and are in the business of helping consumers find the auto loans they need.  This complaint has nothing to do with our business, and is actually all the fault of ******* ********.
