Do not use this company. Any little issue with the intoxilock device and you're locked out of driving your car. And they charge you a fee everytime you have to have it unlocked. You can only get ahold of them from 9 to 5. After that nobody can unlock it. Even in a life or death emergency. They will not help you. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life!! I've had this off my vehicle since 2017 and I'm still writing reviews when I get a chance to let people know the severity of trying to deal with this company. By law you can change companies any time you want. Don't let this company rip you off for another minute.

Based on a search of our records, we cannot find a client by the name of "*****" for either first name or last name residing in the ********* Code since 2017. We were able to find one client with the name "***********************" in a neighboring Zip Code to the one provided. That is the only client we can find that is currently a client and until recently was on our oldest pricing model for services. Since mid-2019 all new clients have been enrolled in our "all-inclusive" pricing model which does not charge for any additional services including but not limited to appointment reschedules, installation on tier one vehicles (tier two and three do carry an additional charge), removal of devices, calibrations, troubleshooting where the device is found to need maintenance or services, as well as remote resets. All clients have been afforded the opportunity to upgrade to this plan ($110/cycle previous cost, to $125/cycle all-inclusive - later updated to $126/month to be in line with state and federal ***** guidelines of equal per-day charges for services).Despite overtures to every client to upgrade to the new pricing model, this client (assuming it is the correct one) refused that service upgrade which would have included all costs for which this complaint seems to be based. Per ***************** law, any Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (*****) is required to prevent a vehicle from starting and lockout the client from further attempts if the system detects alcohol, failure to supply subsequent testing, or other infractions outlined by state law. To perform a procedure to remove the lockout, our company charged clients that were not on the new all-inclusive pricing model a $50 charge (to cover the costs of the reset and required reporting to the *****************.) During this client's tenure, 9 lockouts have occurred on his vehicle for which our company had waived costsas a courtesyseven of those times. The state of ******** Secretary of State dictates the guidelines of ***** program operations to all companies and interprets the ******** laws in their sole discretion. We were the last company in the state to be permitted to provide remote lockout assistance to our clients in the event that their vehicle's ***** system determined a possible infraction, the client had missed their state-required calibration appointment, or other cause. As of November 2, 2022, all clients of our company were informed via mass messaging system that the ***************** will no longer permit our company to assist clients with remote lockouts. This decision is completely out of our hands and falls under state law for which our company is bound to follow.Additionally, in order to bring all clients into compliance with state ***** provisions, regulations, guidelines, and laws, and in order to afford all clients the opportunity to reduce their program costs, effective as of eight months ago, we began strongly encouraging clients to convert to our new pricing model and in some cases, we were forced to do so. Following the clients required annual report to be submitted to the state, the client, according to our records, acknowledged the new pricing model and contract provisions in September 2022 and his first payment with the new pricing fell on November 17, 2022. It may be a culmination of the new pricing model requirement as well as our notice to all clients that the ***************** will not permit remote lockout resets from any ***** service provider that has prompted this complaint. Based on our requirements to follow the laws of the ***************** and our offers to all clients to provide all-inclusive pricing in order to remove any additional costs from the ***** program, we do not feel this compliant carries merit.
