Membership fees for classes are refundable if cancelled prior to the the start date of the membership. Refund amounts are subject to the terms of the membership terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed to the payment method as received. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. You must send request, in writing, via email to [email protected]
Retail sales are final, no refunds. Exchange will be allowed for incorrect product received. Item must be unworn or unused, or have visible signs of wear tear. To exchange an item, you must contact PKSA Karate Royal Oak at 248-295-4110.
