    Ordered beginning of November, website quoted 2-3 weeks. By mid December I contacted via email and was told they were behind. No problem, to be honest. I get busy. Emailed again in January. They didnt respond. Emailed again two weeks later asking for refund, they send a picture of box of hats and state the hats are done so cant refund. Asked if they would be shipped out on Monday and they said yes, first thing. February comes and havent received anything. Write another email asking for tracking. They respond that they already sent tracking. Next week I follow up asking for them to respond to my email with tracking. They never ************ were in March, theyve stopped responding to my emails. Where are my hats? If you cant get it done then refund my money. If youre too busy just say so. Easy options unless youre crooked.

    bulk-caps.com. Very poor customer service. I was told the order would take 3-4 weeks, instead it took 9 with no communication until week 7 when I emailed the owner 3 times in order to get a response. Order blamed that the hats were back-ordered from the supplier and then the shipping was delayed because he was sick. He would constantly over promise that the order would be in the mail on a certain day but in reality, when I emailed days later asking if it had shipped, to be told that the package was shipped just a day prior. I can't blame the guy for getting sick or for running into supply delays, but every time I asked for a status I was provided a long rant about how he's a small business. Who do you think you're customers are genius? No one is buying 50 hats for themselves. We are small businesses, but the difference between you and us is that we would never treat customers like you.The complete lack of communication for 7 weeks and finally getting my full order (he only shipped part of the order originally) required way too many emails. Most of the time I needed to email him twice or three times before I heard a response. Stay away from bulk-hats.com.
