    Tried to make an appointment at 8:15 with ***** from Central scheduling at Covenant HealthCare and she said she couldn't look at the faxes to get my referral because she had to answer the phone. I could possibly have cancer and she had no sense of urgency to get my fax referral off the computer that's been on there since yesterday. She told me we haven't gotten to yesterday's faxes yet and we have 40 on the machine. That's not my problem. I need to schedule an appointment and this is the second day I called. My doctor faxed in the information on January 27th is January 28th and the referral people are not making calls to set up appointments.
