    An unexpected error has occurred NETGE-****. everytime i try to use charter i get this message.charter says they dont know how to fix.charter says its not my fault.charter puts me on hold to find out what to do,30 minutes passes by and still on hold.charter raises my rate and next march they said gos higher.this started happening since las t friday 12-23-22 thru 12-29-22 and still site is down and cant check my email.wont take my email password but can change password and allows site to work for around 24 hours the same error message pops up.i have had to change my password 10 times to get to check my email then it deletes my password.there is absolutly no one from the company that will help me
