June 11th: They didnt come because their equipment broke down (I dont think thats the case) June 12: employees call in June *****th Called repeatedly and left voicemails with not response so we hire a different company to do it June 14th. June 14th: Randomly show up with no notice while were at work does a half a** job and come home to damage to my house, the gutters damaged, yard, solar lights, literal trash laying everywhere, etc. Call. No answer yet again. Call June 17th no answer. They show up randomly again while were at work. Come home to more damage, their equipment just sitting in the yard, with clear tracks where I told them not to drive (my septic field) and more damage, clothes line pole broken from its concrete in the ground. June *****th Call and call no answer. Their equipment is still here. 28th they show up unannounced again with no call and pick up their equipment thats been sitting in the yard. Leaving more property damage. June 28-July 11: Call multiple times no response assuming at this point they abandoned the job and at this point its just the ***** left and property damage. So we put the fence back up the first of July. Which leaves us to today. They randomly show up unannounced and take the fence down. Drive their equipment in the yard again, leave the fence down, trenches in my yard, trash, more damage and yet again leave their equipment. I want all of the damages that they have done to my property fixed professionally. I have plenty of pictures but they say the files are to large to upload them.

Never received any call/text from ************** or any other phone number regarding this job.

Hired to remove limb in customers back yard on **************** limb ********. Customer then contacted us to remove the remainder of the tree. Customer was told that we would work the remainder of the tree in between our previously scheduled jobs. We do try to call in advance, but that is not always possible. We also have to work with the weather. Knocked on their door every morning we were there, no answer. Then their vehicle would be gone with no attempt by them to make any physical contact with us when we were there.

There is no way to remove a tree and ***** without there being some evidence of being in the yard. This job was basically done by hand which means the wood was cut into smaller lengths to be able to dolly out of the yard. This also means there will be more trips made in the yard. All the wood was roped down from the bucket truck into the yard and removed by a dolly. So you will see wood chips, your grass will be disturbed, fence removed, etc.If any wood was left behind on the job, it was because there was no room in the trailer to take it. It would be picked up the next day that we were there if not sooner. Yard was cleaned and chain link portion of fence put back up before we left the job. No trash was ever left behind.

We never drove over the septic field with the bobcat. There was no way to get a bobcat in the yard anyway because the tree was in the way. All the wood was removed from the yard with a large dolly. Actually drove over the tree ***** to get to the other side of the ***** to be able to grind it.Plywood was also used. Again, never drove on septic field.

We did not damage any gutters. Customer replaced the gutters without even requesting we come to see any damage that *** have been done. We have never had a customer say we damaged something and not even let us see what they are talking about before it was replaced.

Regarding the solar lightsyou have hired someone to remove a tree from your yard. Most people have the common sense to remove anything/everything in the area of the tree being removed that they would not want damaged. We have not been hired to remove your items for you and now feel even if we had moved them, we would still be accused of damage.

We do accept responsibility for clothes pole being damaged. We will deduct the cost of a clothes pole and two bags of concrete from our invoice.

In our 30+ years of business, we have never had a customer submit a claim to the ********************. When there has been any sort of damage, we have always made things right with our customer. We will be sending the customer an invoice for the completed job minus the cost of the clothes pole and concrete.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

I am rejecting this for many reasons. First off you did damage my gutters. I have picture proof of the day that you damaged the gutters by dropping a log, and I have a picture of the log that you left just sitting underneath the gutter as proof. We tried to contact you several times and did not hear anything back. We also have proof we have contacted you several times over the damage to the property. We needed those replaced, immediately, due to living in a flood zone, and knowing how detrimental gutters are to our property. We called and texted via my fiancs phone number and our business line hoping we could get in contact with you with a different phone number. As far as not having common sense its hard to remove things when a company shows up on unannounced after calling several times. We even called the day you showed up unannounced to start removing the tree because we already had another company going to do the work because we couldnt get a hold of you. As far as not leaving trash in the yard, I would consider a half sandwich and a sandwich bag trash. Along with half in corn, water bottles. The fence was never put all the way up. I know where my entire septic field is because I had to have it replaced four years ago so it starts right in front of that tree and I do have pictures of. Theyre being trenches over the drain field right over one of the caps. I also have cameras in my backyard and in my front yard. No one was ever home when you showed up on announced we were always at work, the way I found out that you were there. Every time was looking at my cameras when I had a second one I wasnt busy at work or from my neighbors not from you not once. Did you try to knock on the door, in fact, I have a doorbell and you never rang that too because I wouldve been notified on my phone immediately and we couldve responded that way , you left your equipment in my yard for two weeks storage unit with no communication or permission to do so and in return left damage to my yard there as well. We have sent all of the pictures to the owner with no response. There was damage done before they randomly showed up again unannounced after the fact of sending them pictures with no response and did more damage. We are unable to upload pictures here because every time it fails.

    Regards,
