    I went to the Plymouth Fixmyfeet store yesterday to purchase shoe inserts to possibly help with my back pain when walking. I met with *** who took me through his sales pitch and did measurements on my feet. He explained the different insert types and said they could help me with my lower back pain. He then measured my feet and took measurements of the pressure points when standing with both inserts off and then on showing the difference.He then proceeded to remove the insides from my gym shoes and place the inserts in my gym shoes. I then took some laps outside on the sidewalk. The inserts felt okay. Different, but okay. When checking out I learned the PRICE. WOW! I also learned there was no returns and no guarantee. I went ahead and purchased hoping for help with my back. I feel the product is WAY over priced and the company should stand behind their product. Seems like the company is taking advantage of peoples pain. Feels like a scam!I am wearing and trying to give them a chance to work. After one day of walking no improvement. Maybe slightly worse for back pain. I should have checked reviews before going to this store. Is there any recourse?Thanks for your help.*****

    I am disappointed with the customer service of this establishment. Not only were they snobby but the employees then had the audacity to speak as I turned my back talking of how I was not financially stable enough to even afford the product they were trying to sell me. I will not be ever purchasing from this company, and I do not recommend purchasing from this establishment to anyone with morals

    I was fitted and bought my Arch Supports from Fix my Feet in ***********, ******* last winter. I was encouraged to go for a walk in them before I actually purchased them and I noticed a instant improvement over my prescription inserts. After using these inserts for a month, I returned and bought 3 more pairs. After using these inserts for the past nine months, I realize less ankle and back pain (I suffer from classic Flat Feet, Arthritic left ankle and severe Planter Faucitis). When I return to *******, this winter, I plan on purchasing 2 more sets.

    I went last year and paid almost $700.00 for my arch inserts. I tried to get a better price and was told absolutely no negotiation on price. My friend just went and got a pair same thing as mine for $263.95 . I called **** the owner to complain and he was so RUDE!!! And basically told me it was a year end clearance. Are you kidding me, the same insert he sells everybody should not be on clearance, after I am told no discounts. This company is awful. The owner rude and the practices unethical. He told me also they try to help people who cant afford it, who says that? I could not afford it either, and my friend is a multi-million dollar real estate agent so believe me she could afford the higher price. But because they just do whatever they want with pricing when they feel like it certain customers get ripped off while others do not. I should get the difference I paid back PERIOD!!!!
