    We contacted Mr ********************** on January 2, 2023 to come look at the problem we had with the drain; the sink in the kitchen and bathroom had stopped draining properly. Their technician came out, ran the video camera and said he saw the tree roots. He cabled the line, and ran the camera through the inside cleanout and was done in about ten minutes. He gave us estimates to fix the sewer line or hydroscrub the roots, but recommended we excavate and install PVC so roots don't grow back. After he had left , we had the same issue, blockage and water backing up in the sink drain. The invoice states they cleared the stoppage and that we have a 30day Warranty. IT also said they cabled thru Basement to clear the stoppage. There is no basement, and they did not clear the stoppage. I called another Company, a day later and the other Company was able to come to our house and unclog the drains. Why couldnt Mr ********************** unclog it while they were on-site? I contacted the other company to get 2nd opinion, and didn't even want Mr ********************** back in my home because they did not do the job they were paid for (what was written on the invoice stated they cleared the stoppage). The 2nd Company technician came out and spent an hour inside the house and did resolve the blockage. I paid for the other 2nd service technician who completely unblocked the drains. I would like to have MR ********************** resolve, but I do not want to give them anymore money. We would appreciate a partial refund for the work that was not completed, I understand the cost to scope with camera and the cabling (to clear the drain) was combined on the invoice for $422.50. I think it would be helpful, for MR ********************** to refund a portion of this invoice, so I can apply the refund towards the amount we had to pay the 2nd Company.

    We went to this home and ************** was on site for 2hs and 45min not the 10 minutes the customer stated. We also do have a 30 day warranty. If the customer would have called us back to let us know there was an issue we would have cleared the line again at no charge. We did cable the line and discovered it was full of roots. We video inspected the line at no charge. We informed the customer there was major root intrusion that the line needed to be replaced in order to correct the issue.
