    Date of transaction: 09/03/2023: I booked Silver Beach Hotel due to its location and based off of trust from some of the better reviews to give the facility benefit of the doubt. Upon arrival, I noticed that no doors in the building lock and simply sway open and closed freely - literally anyone has access. When assigned a room, I was shocked to see blood stains on the bed, hair in the shower, used towels on the floor and a musty , moldy smell coming from the mini-fridge which was full of black mold. After asking kindly if they can actually clean the room and sanitize, the front desk attendant on duty proceeded to get into an argument with the housekeeping staff in front of a line of guests and reluctantly went upstairs to view the room himself and tried to tell me that the room was clean and that the minifridge was just "sanitized" - photos enclosed to say otherwise. I am an asthmatic with chronic fatigue syndrome and put my life at risk in with any exposure to black mold . Silver Beach Hotel has no regard for sanitization or guest safety and it was made clear to every guest who witnessed them threaten to call police when I asked for a refund and the managers contact information / business card. No refund was offered
