    *** requested a refund due to not using the product that was ordered. Ive called and was told that they dont provide refunds. I was consistently charged numerous times for the product.

    Every month she would have received an email upon renewal,which gives our contact information for Cancellation.
    When she contacted us to cancel on February 20th 2025, the cancellation was put in the system that day.
