    I has sashes replaced on windows and they were not repaired properly. I contacted the company multiple times and they never fixed or resolved the issue. I either want them fixed or a refund. I am getting new windows soon so a refund or partialn refund is better at this point. I just feel taken advantage of because I paid money and did not get what I paid for.

    We replaced 6 sash balancers for the cost of  $205.40.  The job was paid in full.  ************** did call us and ask for us to come back and repair the window in question.  I Had to pull the order out and call him back  I called ************** back several times with no response.  We are more than happy to come back and look at the window.  I have called him again today to let him know that we could come out week of June 24th.  I am not sure why the disputed amount is for $280.00

    The amount was for $205. I have made arrangements for them to complete the repairs on June 28th, 2024.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
