    I saw a motorcycle for sale from this company on 3-11-24 and contacted *************************** who says he runs the dealership for the owner. I filled out financial info and was approved on 3-12-24 and he then recommended a shipping company that hes used ******* times and that there the only company who hed use to ship me my bike. He gave me a quote and I agreed to the price. The bike was supposed to arrive with me on or before or around 4-9-24 the bike got picked up a couple days later and was moved to ********* the bike then sat there over a month and I was told they didnt know when it would be shipped to me. Then I was told by ****** the bike was in transit to ********* then it would come to me and arrive to me by the 4-30-24. I called shipping company on 4-26-24 and I was told its still in transit from ********* and they didnt know when it would arrive in ***** and they have no idea when it would be shipped to me. The shipping was paid on the financing of the bike Im about to make my 2nd payment on a bike that I dont have and a bike that they cant tell me when Ill get. Approval powersports operated as a agent for this shipment. He set it all up.

    I got sold a motorcycle with a blown engine and it was represented and a motorcycle in working order. I took it back to the dealer and they claimed they fixed it after 5 days,i took it to a real mechanic and i was told the dealership flooded the engine with car oil to make it stop making noises. Dealer now tells me that they will not fix the bike or gove me my money back.

    I put $1000 down on a motorcycle to put it on layaway. I found out later that it has a salvage title which was not disclosed to me before paying the deposit. I asked to cancel the transaction and get a refund. They agreed, but after multiple calls and after asking multiple times, I still have no indication whatsoever that a refund has been sent.

    I purchased a 2018 ******************** glide from approval powersports on 7/19/2023 for $ ********. I have put 600 miles on the bike. The bike is leaking oil from both cylinders and has a rattle in the rocker pan. I have emailed them about it with no response. They sold me a piece of junk

    On Friday April 14th 2023 I went and picked up a 2007 Harley ******** street glide from this dealership on an almost $11,000 loan through a bank they work with, drove it less than 200 miles (90 miles of that being from the dealership to my house) and the motor is making all sorts of sounds the very day after on Saturday April 15th 2023! Called the dealership and they had no interest in working with me to look at it in their shop to resolve the issues. Leads me to believe they fixed it up enough to get it out of the door and wash their hands clean with the it didnt sound like that when it was here line they gave me when I called. Now that Ive dug into the internet and have found countless reviews including BBB, that says this same thing has happened to multiple other people after buying a motorcycle from this dealership. Mind you they kept trying to push me to esign documents and have the bike delivered unseen (dont have proof of this because it was a phone call). This place needs to be investigated and shut down for s******* people over intentionally..
