    I placed an online order on August 17, 2024, with the understanding that the 3 Japanese Anemone September Charm plants would be shipped in the following year, when the weather was correct for my USDA hardiness zone. I paid $38.41 w/shipping and tax by credit card. In late May 2025, when I had not received my order, I emailed on 5/26/25 that I had not received my order and could they look into the matter, to ******************************** as this was the email address they provided for questions. Impatiently, I emailed again on 5/30/25 because I had not received a response. And for the third time, on 6/9/25 I emailed again. As of today, 6/11/25 I have not received a response or my plants. A phone number for this company is no where to be found, as I had tried to speak to a person. The only phone number I found was for a person at the same address as the company, but that number had been disconnected. I would like my plants, but if this is not possible I would like my credit card payment reimbursed. When I look on their website for these plants, it says that they are "sold out". Thank you for any help you can provide. **** ****
