    This company acts as a auto loan company helping people with not so perfect credit they work through instanta car dealership where they lie and manipulate during the buying process the sales representatives that sold me my vehicle quit 3 days after I purchased the vehicle thats when the harassment started Integra Auto Capital, LLC called me everyday threatening me to repossess my vehicle refused to report my payments to the credit bureau charged me hundreds of dollars over my monthly payment I was charged ridiculous amounts after paying my car note they repossessed my car for owing over mileage and sued me

    On the 26th of april 2023 I recieved a call stating I owed over $1000 on the vehicle I was leasing from the company, (mind you I missed the call and had to call back) upon calling back the gentlman (can't remember his name) stated that apparently there had been no payments made towards the lease. This took me by suprise as I had not recieved notification nor noticed the fact their system wasn't auto pulling the payments from my account like it had been setup (and reported on my credit mind you), So he told me I had 2 options I could make a payment of $1050 by may 10th 2023 or hand the car over (this is exactly how he worded it the word repossed/repo was not used thius is all on a recorded line btw) I told him I would like to attempt to make the payment of $1050 by the 10th otherwise I would hand the car over. Obviously I couldn't come up with the money so when the 10th came around and I had my call with the gentleman I agreed to hand the car over. (which I did) Now come to find out they have it marked as an repossesion and are trying to say I owe them still for a vehicle I am no longer in possesion of that they have reported to the credit burea as paid up until the first date listed above. So naturally I believe this to be immoral and i'm pretty confident illegal (still researching). The included screenshot shows that on my credit no late or missed payments were ever reported and shows i've paid 67% of the loan. I'm not making a complaint to get the car back or anything like that I just want the loan to not be shown as a repossesion in collections especially since I have/had not been notified that it would or was going into collections or going to be marked as repossed.

    Integra Auto Has lied on my credit report and been dismissive about my issue. They have reported to the credit bureau that I have been ***** days late on payments. Which is False they also didn't report for months and once I bring it to their attention they reported FALSE late payments causing my credit score to go down. I have proof that I have NEVER been *****days late the fcra states you have 30days before they can even report it as late . I have ALWAYS ALWAYS made all payments and never been behind by 30 days or 59. They are doing this as retaliation thinking I would never know yet I am in the process of home buying and this has made it hard I have plenty of proof that shows I paid and have never missed a month. They will actually repo your car for being behind so how did I miss 4payments but decreased balance and the total that's actually showing is incorrect as well. This place has rude people and no INTEGRITY
