  Had an estimate done at my house was fast and easy, they helped match my flooring with the house, gave a good price and was scheduled to have it installed very quickly. Loved my experience with world of floors.

  World of Floors made the whole process easy. The team was helpful, the install was quick and clean, and the flooring looks great. Everything went as promised no issues, just solid service. Highly recommend!

  Cheapest price but at a cost! World of Floors was the lowest price out of 3 carpet companies. We took the deal. 2 guys showed up to install- political stickers on their unmarked van, no hello, no introduction, no name given, just walked in as I had the door open waiting. I let it slide, I just need carpet and stat! Showed them the rooms to be carpeted. They got to work. Turned on their radio, no courtesy of asking, and played **************** No thanks. Never asked to use facilities, just helped his self to our main floor bathroom and didnt wash his hands- I wouldve said yes, its about principle! Yelled down to me from upstairs, without addressing me since he never asked my name, that I needed to call the office to pay the rest owed Id call but they dont trust me! Ha ha You have to do it before I cut the carpet.Dragged the carpet across two freshly painted corners of drywall that had to be repaired. No boot covers on the brand new carpet. Left a bare floor spot in a closet- he obviously cut it wrong or didnt measure square. Inappropriate discussion of a poor taste of movie quote. (This sounds like nitpicking but seriously not ok discussion and the WORST customer service experience, or lack there of Ive ever endured)Complain to the service mgr and tell her we DO NOT want him back in our home. Same dude, *****(we found out, for the record), shows up with no confirmation of anyone coming out to repair. I question why he is at my home. He gets upset at me and gets in his van and tears out of my driveway, down the street. Only to show back up 5 minutes later!! Psychologically unstable temper, apparently, with a very fragile ego! My husband calls this ******************* and is hung up on. We cannot get the service manager back on the phone and no one wants to help us in the office. Inappropriate, disrespectful, and a liability! WoF should be embarrassed to have such a person representing their company! I feel threatened in my own home!Not worth the money we saved!

  I really love that I was able to set up an appointment right in my home and have someone come out so quickly to show and compare different colors of lvp for my living room, they even helped me match the color well with my decor and style. I was happy with the quote they left me with. I got a call quickly from their office for my availability and they got my installation scheduled within only a few days. Very happy with this company and I love my new floors.

  I'm highly disappointed with world of floors. They sell you on quality and workmanship warranty. Sales man told us we get a 20 year workmanship warranty. That there installers do great work and would take care of any sub floor out of level over 1/8 of an inch. They did not which caused some of the flooring to come apart. Also we paid extra to get the best floor they sell and also best trim boards they have. Over 10,000.00$ . The trim boards are not even because the never attempted to level floor or even use the proper transitions. We couldn't get them to fix any of our concerns before finish. We had to complain immensely and take it the top. They have been to my house 7 times. We are still not satisfied we couldn't get 20 minutes of workmanship warranty. We have spoke with owner operator ****. He came out 2x rude inconsiderate. Trying to tell us or you if your dumb enough to use these people. What good workmanship is. I thought the customer should be satisfied. During these 5 extra visits back to fix what there employees messed up. *** by the name ****. Bully's customers including woman. Again telling us they are not going to remove any more flooring. Before you can get a word out. Why send the same crew back to my house 7 times. When you can't get it right after 4 you think you would try someone else. We have video of how they dress when boss not around. Coming in with a wife beater and a bad attitude on your 6th visit then telling the customer we are not doing anything to make you happy. Just a total inconvenience of my time. Between my partner and I. We missed 6 days of work. They act like we are inconveniencing them. My last complaint was that corners were so bent and sharp they would cut your feet. From bully **** pounding the c*** out of it. He also spilled his sticky pop all over are floor. We had to clean it. You know the extra pieces they leave for future repairs. They used it all up on there 7 visits. Worst experience ever! Buyers be aware. Total crap!

  Thank you for your review, ****************. Im sorry you are not satisfied with your new flooring. However, the team at World of Floors made every effort to address and resolve your concerns. When it comes to your substrate concern, it was agreed that you were responsible for fixing the substrate and leveling out the floor due to your previous floor conditions. If you review the contract that you signed it details the scope of work World of Floors was responsible for. When it comes to baseboards it was stated numerous times that we do not caulk. Caulking?the baseboard is typically done when painting, which is something you were in the process of doing during the installation of the floors. However, we attempted to go above and beyond and caulked areas of concern. Unfortunately, the caulking was peeled out by someone in the household which resulted in the baseboard being less than perfect. When it comes to the transitions, it was unfortunate that this as well was pulled off by someone in the home. As far as issues that were in our control, we came out to address them as soon as you called and resolved them at the same time.   Your taking there word for it. Please come see or let me send more pictures. Are they paying you off? There sells man said they would level out anything over plus minus an inch. I have had several installers tell me they didn't do there job right. The needed to level floor. We were only responsible for having floor cleared. All I want is them to send a fresh crew out and fix the base board. When the tore the hall way up. The should have put transitions underneath. They could have done a much better job. With taking care of the plus minus 1/8 inch they said they would. Not our fault. We didn't tear any boards or transitions up. They fell off from poor workmanship. Now they have you supporting poor workmanship.They are telling us what is good workmanship when it is not. Have 3 professionals that would back me on that. Sorry **** poor planning equals **** poor performance. They also had worse customer relations ever. There installer was rude and a bully me he intimidated my female partner. You want to back that go ahead. I wish you would come visit. They blamed my other contractors. ** anybody but who created the problem. Please come see for yourself.
