***** L Macomb, Mi Had gutters, downspouts and some wood facia replaced.The project was completed within 2-weeks of getting the estimate.Salesman and installation team were very professional.

As a senior on a fixed income, I have hired many contractors over the years. I have never had such a positive, next to perfect experience when I had to replace my windows. From the almost perfect sales interview to the final installation, I am beyond impressed and grateful. I would never recommend a contractor if they did not meet my expectations. In this situation, Performance Remodeling exceeded them in a courteous, respectful and professional manner. We had Performance Remodeling install five windows at our home. Our first contact was ****, the sales person, who walked us through various options. He was a great listener and very knowledgeable. From **** forward, we were impressed with the professionalism of all the office employees and the installation crew. Communications of the order status and installation timing was excellent. The installation crew did a great job. They arrived on time and finished when they promised. They were considerate of our home when entering inside to do work. I had someone come out to give me a price on windows for my home.He was very friendly and gave me information that helped me make a decision on which windows to purchase.Once the project started the office staff and installers kept me informed through the entire process. I would recommend Performance Remodeling to anyone do a home project. **** *.Performance Remodeling

We called about getting a new roof. They said they'd come out on Monday, but were a no-show, no call. I followed up to reschedule and they came out on Tuesday and were prepared to give me a quote for new windows. Not at all what I asked. We allowed them to quote a new roof, anyway. They used several high pressure tactics, but we insisted that we were getting 3 quotes. He said "why bother" since no one has a warranty like them. As it turns out, everyone has the same warranty, which is the ****************** standard warranty for the grade of shingles we bought. Plus they lied saying they are the only company in the area that had the ***** Corning Platinum Preferred certification. Since that day, they call all too often, even though I have asked multiple times to stop calling and to put us on a no call list. This is a terribly annoying companyPerformance Remodeling

Mr. Hebda, I apologize for the experience. I know we saw you over a year ago. It is regular for us to follow up every six months or so to update you about our Sweepstakes that you entered. We do have you on our Do Not Call List. Also apologize for any issues with your quote. While we are not an Owens Corning Contractor, we are a Select Shingle Master for CertainTeed which allows us to offer extended warranties. from the sales person to the installers they were all very professional and not pushy. they did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows and doors.Performance Remodeling
