    This project was "done" by Hard Concrete on April 5 2024. ****** Hard is the owner and the main ******* on site. He messed up several main areas of this project. First the sidewalk itself. This sidewalk was quoted to be 84 feet long, 7 feet wide and 1 inch drop in 4 inches of depth. The average drop in cross slope is approximately 5" some areas are closer to 6" and others are 4.5". *** standards are 2% cross slope in construction code max. This project has a cross slope of an average of 5.95%. nearly 3 times over the construction code. He also poured my main area of the driveway *****" depth in area my car drives. I had paid for 6" depth. this is at least 15 feet of the driveway at 12 foot width. I paid a total of $13,600 to ****** in full which is what my estimate was on April 5th of him demanding it, I didn't have a chance to thoroughly go over the work until 5 days later. I have been contacting ****** since April 16th 2024 to come out and fix it to make it right. He has admitted fault to both me and my dad ***** ******* on April 16th and since then has also told me he will come out to fix it "this week" multiple times this summer. At least 7 times now. ****** has continuously put me off to work on multiple other jobs all summer long and posting progress on his ******** page. I even offered him the rest of my driveway which has at least $50,000 value if he would have made this right for me and did a good job. I have offered him $750 for the pump truck to fix the sidewalk and that offer still stands, I offered him $500 extra if he could have made it out here earlier for the sidewalk in good faith for him to recuperate some of the material cost. This man is a complete hack and liability. this sidewalk which i am mostly concerned about will seriously hurt me or my employees as I have a mushroom farm with 500 pound carts. the idea is to safely roll out carts out of my barn to the sidewalk to the main driveway I can't do that safely and it effects my business.
