  This business has overcharge for parts and labor Heinanen overcharged us $712 for an inducer motor (charged $1,123) for our furnace on January 22, 2025 plus charged $59 for ** test and $101 for time to go pick up the motor the company that installed our furnace was contacted after finding out Heinanen over charged.their price for the inducer motor was $408, ** not required, but if requested $20; they do not charge to pick up the motor needed I spoke to ****, owner at Heinanen on February 14, 2025 and he tried to blame/shame me, very unprofessional in handling a situation where they took advantage of a community resident of 30 years who was trying to be kind in giving our local business some business he said he'd reimburse the $59 and $101 for mileage To date we have not seen the check By rights they need to also reimburse the $712 difference of the inducer motor the son has taken over the dad's business and is taking advantage of the customers.

During the visit, the technician diagnosed the issue and provided you with a written estimate for the necessary repairs, which detailed all charges required to complete the work. You had the option to accept or decline the services. Upon accepting the estimate, you provided your signature to proceed. The work was then completed in a timely and professional manner.

  
  

  On February 6, 2025, you contacted Heinanen Engineering to express your frustration regarding the January repair and billing. Heinanen Engineering returned your call on February 10, 2025, to discuss your concerns. Even though our team followed the agreed-upon process, as a token of our commitment to excellent customer service, and in good faith, we offered a refund of $160.00.A refund check (#****) in the amount of $160.00 was issued and mailed to you.

  We had been using Heinanen Engineering for a few years to service our existing system. The Service Tech was very knowledgeable and made recommendations for improvements. In June 2024, we decided to update our existing system with a Trane system, heat pump, furnace, humidifier and air filtration system as well as updating our existing ductwork. The new system works together seamlessly. The entire company is professional and friendly, and does excellent work. We are more than satisfied with the start to finish work Heinanen Engineering did for us.

  We were extremely pleased with the work that Heinanen did for us installing a new furnace and heat pump into our home. They were professional, friendly, and did a beautiful job. Not only did they install the new system for us, but they also made repairs and improvements to what had been done when the original old system had been installed. It was above and beyond what they needed to do. They started every day by telling us what they would be working on that day, ************** up completely each day and ended each day asking us whether we had any questions or concerns. We highly recommend them.

  Highly recommend. Heinanen Engineering did an outstanding job with our HVAC replacement (Heat pump, furnace, humidifier, air cleaner). An exceptionally professional company with top notch technicians. Attention to detail was incredible. Every detail was completed to perfection. Definitely the best in the business!

  I Contacted **** Heinanen, Heinanen Engineering, for a quote to replace my present HVAC system. **** visited my home and did a very thorough examination of my present system as well evaluating the size and type of construction of my home. As a result of his findings, recommendations, and offering a couple of solutions with alternate costs, I decided to go with the Trane system which includes variable speed heat pump, ac , furnace, electronic air cleaner and humidifier. It has been a short time since install, but I'm really impressed with the performance to date.Special thanks also to **** and **** who were the install experts. These guys were professionals in every way when it came to craftsmanship to the smallest detail and explained everything so well and always asked my wife and II if we had any questions about this high tech system Also they employ a very competent electrician, *****, who pointed out and repaired some potential issues within my electrical panel.Trane systems are a little more expensive than other brands but usually rated neat the top of the competition, so I'm looking forward to many years of trouble free service.It's easy to give Heinanen Engineering 5 stars, because from the time when **** first walked in the front door to the time **** and **** walked out when the job was completed, everything was done exceptionally well on time as promised. ********, Milford Township
