    I contracted with Win Win Enterprises LLC and Lionheart ********** LLC on June 3, 2022 to purchase my property located at *************************************************************************************************. The closing date was set for August 1, 2022 and they held $5000 in escrow if they defaulted on the contract. They did default on the contract, but has not sent me the $5000 good faith money and when I called *********************** of Lionheart in particular since he was the point of contact throughout this transaction, he nor anyone else has returned my phone call. I therefore sent an email to their closing attorney, the ***************, requesting the ******* money be sent to me, but the attorney sent an email back stating that he is not their closing attorney. However, this attorneys office was the one who sent me an email requesting all of my personal information for this transaction. I want my $5000 for breach of contract.
