    I was to receive my rental deposit in the amount of ***** but was cashed by one of the manager without my authorization or knowledge while I was overseas when I returned home to retrieve my deposit the company refused to refund it to me stating I gave the manager approval to cash it. The manager deposit the check into her account by signing my name on the check. I went to the main office to talk with the owner and was told that's between me and the manager and the company has nothing to do with it. I have all the paperwork pertaining lease agreement and deposit refund. I'm seeking compensation for my full deposit refund in the amount of *****.

    ******* **** had traveled out of the country.  He had instructed the Site Manager to give his security deposit check to one of the Leasing Agents in the office on his behalf with whom he had a personal relationship with.  The check was made out to Mr. *********** The Leasing Manager is no longer working there.  *********** thinks the check was cashed fraudulently, he should file a police report against the person he instructed us to give the check to.
